RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All items sold are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange. Please make sure you view all photos, read the full description and enter the proper address before checking out. Flaws (if any) will be listed in the description and included in the product photos. Tag size/”fits like” will be listed in the description and precise measurements will be included in the product photos. Do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any additional questions!

If a genuine mistake was made on our end, please contact us.

SHIPPING

What does the shipping process look like?

All orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. In most cases, items are shipped out the following business day unless a special circumstance arises or a large influx of orders are placed. Orders typically take 1-3 days to deliver.

Shipping prices are set at flat rates based on the weight of the product.
(Orders $125+= FREE, 0-0.5lb= $4.50, 0.5-1lb= $5.50, 1-2lb= $7.50, 2-3lb= $8.50, 3-5lb= $11.00, 5-10lb= $14.50, 10-20lb= $20, 20-50lb= $25)

**Please double check your shipping address when you are checking out and receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

How does free local Nashville, TN pickup/delivery work?

We offer free Nashville, TN pickup or delivery for local customers. We are located about 15-20 minutes from downtown in Antioch, TN. At checkout, select your preferred method at the “Information” step before you get to the “Shipping” step-

Delivery: Select “Ship” and choose “Local Delivery” (Available for locations within 15 miles of Ragz and Relics’ address)
Pickup: Select “Pickup” (Available for anyone who prefers to drive to our address)

You will be instructed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email on how to proceed and to get in contact with the shop owner. Please double check the phone number you provide at checkout as this will be your point of contact. If you would like to arrange a meet-up at a location separate from your residence- please let us know once we get in contact and we can meet you as long as the location is in a 15-mile radius of Antioch, TN.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally. All orders may only be placed within the U.S. Check back for updates in the coming months for international shipping!

QUALITY & CONDITION OF CLOTHING

What condition is the clothing in? Is this transparent to the buyer?

All items are in vintage/secondhand condition; preowned goods may show some signs of wear due to age. Any major flaws will always be noted and photographed in the product listing. Minor signs of wear (pilling, pinholes and fading) are considered normal with vintage items. All items are therefore sold as pictured, with any minor wear and tear generally being seen as acceptable. We are as transparent as possible and will never intentionally withhold the true condition of a product. We always do thorough inspections of every item we list, and sometimes things can be hard to spot no matter how careful one is.

HAS THE CLOTHING BEEN WASHED?

All items are either washed or sanitized before going out to their new homes. Dry clean only items are sanitized, but have not been taken to a dry cleaner. While we do wash or sanitize items, DEEP cleaning/soaking may not always be an option for the large quantity of inventory we receive. In cases where an item has bad stains, a bad smell, or looks dirty, we will always deep clean/soak it. We encourage you to care for/wash your items before wearing if this is a concern! Please make sure to carefully read care tags on how to properly treat your items as every piece is unique with its own regimen.

DISCOUNTS

Can i use multiple discounts at once?

At this time, only one discount code may be used at checkout. Most discount codes do not expire unless they are seasonal, so you can use whichever one saves you more at the time of checkout! You CAN use discount codes on clearance items, and if you do not have an active promotion code ready, you can always rely on your Ragz Rewards points once you have reached a certain threshold! Check the gift box in the lower right hand corner to see how to earn/redeem points!

PET DISCLAIMER

IF I HAVE A PET ALLERGY, SHOULD I BE CONCERNED ABOUT CLOTHING COMING INTO CONTACT WITH PETS?

This shop is still small and is based out of the owner’s home where dogs reside. All items are stored in a room separate/restricted from the dogs, but please keep this in mind if you have any severe pet allergies. We cannot guarantee that absolutely zero dog hairs may have stuck on to the owner and came in contact with the items. If you have a pet allergy, we encourage you to wash your items upon receiving them.
